What are your support hours?
Our support team monitors incoming requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
While standard response times are Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM EST, urgent issues may be escalated outside of these hours.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.
